Workshop only passes cannot be used to attend general conference events; Registration at the Hotel will take extra time. We are not accepting credit cards at the Reg Desk. You must pay via the online registration system using your own computer. Bring Receipt to Registration desk or cash only. There is a business center with computers for your use. Please anticipate delays at the Registration desk. Workshops, dinner and Conference Registrations via the online conference management system is recommended.

-Conference cancellations received in writing before January 15th
will be charged a $75 service fee.
-Cancellations between January 16 and February 28
will incur a 50% service  charge.
-Cancellations after February 28 or registrants who do not attend are liable

for the full registration fee.
