Instructions and Deadlines for Abstract Submissions

• Abstracts are limited to 500 words

• The same online Registration system is used for registrants who plan on submitting abstracts and those who will just be attending the conference and/or workshops

• Past registrants will be able to activate their accounts and update their name badge information

• All registrants and speakers will need a  TSC Account Login

• Once you fill out a general pre-registration account which includes a name badge form, you will be prompted to the main conference registration and options which will be continually updated

• You do not have to pay a registration fee in order to submit an abstract for review.

• Abstract Notifications begin in early January 2016

• Workshop Options have been posted to the system and may be updated

             There are special discounted prices for Conference Registrants.

         You are urged to sign up for workshops in advance.

         Space may be limited and room designations will be based on number of sign ups.

• Optional activities such as workshops, trips, dinner will be updated, You may return to the registration area at any time to add these optional items to your account.

• You will be asked to choose a Primary and Secondary Classification in order to save your abstract record. These may be updated by our editors during the review process
