Jimo Borjigin, Ph.D., is a neuroscientist and physiologist who conducted pioneering research first on the neurobiology of the dying brain in 2013 and then on heart-brain connections in dying animals in 2015.  Her current research interests include the physiological basis of consciousness in animal models, biological rhythms and sleep, and matrix analysis of rhythmic biological signals.
