FAX 520-626-6416 GENERAL REGISTRATION includes access to all Plenary, Concurrent, Workshop, Poster, Evening Demo, Club Consciousness, Welcome Reception, End-of-Consciousness Party; The evening Forum at Aula Magna on May 2 is also included. SPOUSE / PARTNER We have a limited number of registrations we can offer spouses and partners of General Registrants for $250.00 This would allow them access to the afternoon concurrent sessions, the evening concurrent sessions, the evening poster, art and technology exhibit, poetry slam, welcome reception, etc. This does not give access to the Plenary and Keynote sessions, optional workshops, or the dinner. Spouses who would like access to the main hall for Plenary Sessions should open a general conference registration. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare name badges by opening a general registration for spouses and partners. Please email the conference manager with your questions: center@u.arizona.edu Co-authors with abstract presenters (Concurrent/Poster) should open a General Registration if they wish to attend Plenary sessions OPTIONAL FEES All workshops are optional; The dinner / boat cruise is also optional for conference participants and their guests. 6. Cancellation Policy: Registration Fees Only - Conference cancellations received in writing before March 1, 2011 will be charged a $50 service fee. Cancellations received between March 1 and March 7 will incur a 50% service fee. Cancellations after March 7 or registrants who do not attend are liable for the full registration fee.
7. Payment Info: Please note if paying by credit card / wire transfer that the UA Foundation will appear as the Vendor on your credit card statement. Registration Fees are payable to: University of Arizona Foundation. This is not a tax-deductible charitable contribution.
