The Boards are rented by the Conference.
Boards are 4 ft (height) x 8 ft (width)
with metal frame - Horizontal
Ideal suggested size for posters is 3 ft x 7 ft
Thumbtacks are provided.

From Floor to Bottom of Board: 33.5" | 2.8 feet | .85m
From Floor to Top of Board: 81.5" | 6.8 feet | 2.0m
Our local Kinkos-Fed Ex will print and deliver to Loews
