Abstracts DEADLINE - December 31, 2013 Notifications begin January 15, 2014 Early Registration deadline: February 2, 2014 Final Edits and Registration Payment Due for Participating Registrants 2/15/14
Note: * Abstracts are limited to 500 words *The same online system is used for registration-only participants * Once you fill out a general pre-registration account which includes a name badge form, you are prompted to the conference registration function. You do not have to pay registration fees in order to submit an abstract for review.
Instructions:
2. At the beginning of each conference season everyone is asked to update their name tag information.
*Name on your conference name tag 3. Once you have set up an account, or re-activated your account from last year's conference, you are essentially pre-registered, and you may submit your abstract. There is no fee due in order to submit an abstract. However, you may wish to take advantage of the early registration rates or make note of the early registration deadline to pay at a later date.
4. You may return to the registration area at any time to add optional items such as workshops, trips, etc.
